Last week saw two end of year celebration events taking place within Sensor City.

The first informal get together involved a festive feast for our tenants and hot deskers, around our 15″ Christmas tree. With so much exciting and innovative work going on throughout the year, it was a great opportunity to step back, relax and enjoy the community spirit with family, friends and colleagues.

The LCR 4.0 delivery team at Sensor City also ran an Christmas celebration event to thank you people for their involvement with the programme during 2018. Attendees had the opportunity to network with academic and industry guests, as well as seeing a range of demos and prototypes on display.

The LCR 4.0 team at Sensor City has helped almostĀ 30 SMEs to embrace digital technologies during 2018. These assists have seen the delivery team working with many highly innovative and open-minded local businesses, and it’s been rewarding to see the continuous progress that they have made following on from our initial projects.

Equally, the academic support received from both of our university partners, University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University, in terms of their research expertise and facilities has been tremendous.

We’re looking forward to growing our collaborative community even further next year, so please do get in touch if you’d like to be part of it!
