The clock is ticking down to our grand opening in the summer and our early adopters are already seeing the benefits of co-locating within a dedicated space for sensor-related companies. FMI Group and K-Safe have been delighted to find that there are clear synergies within their networks and skillsets which can be advantageous to both – links which ordinarily would never have been uncovered were it not for the family approach being taken at Sensor City.
FMI’s business is predominantly with the mining industry overseas and they have been looking for links and assistance with the South American market – specifically Chile and Peru – and it soon emerged that K-Safe have strong relevant connections in Peru. The companies are now actively exploring other synergies and leveraging their respective contacts – a clear example of the benefit of being within a supportive network.
We are rapidly developing a community of like-minded individuals all focussed on rapid growth and making a difference in the sensor field. With our opening scheduled for June, offices are being snapped up and we are offering tours of the facility for interested companies.
