Sensor City has won the coveted title of ‘Commercial Development of the Year’ at last night’s Insider Media Liverpool City Region Property Awards.

Beating other transformative schemes, game changing developments and landmark deals, Sensor City was recognised as the beacon for Liverpool’s knowledge economy and as a catalyst for further development on Copperas Hill and the surrounding area.

Sensor City also impressed the judges with its overall quality, including project management, design quality, commercial success since becoming operational and contribution to its local area.

Stacey Goodwin, Office Manager at Sensor City who collected the award said: “It was a brilliant evening and we’re delighted to have won this accolade.

“Our unique, combined offer of innovation space and access to business development advice, expert hands-on engineering support and rapid prototyping facilities provides companies with an end to end solution for implementing new sensor and IoT developments.”

Held at the Titanic Hotel, the black-tie awards ceremony was attended by many high profile guests who gathered to recognise and celebrate Liverpool City Region’s prosperous Property Sector.
